Smoochies

an album by ashnikko

this album is rated: 9.2

original rating: 9.0 on oct. 18, 2025
updated rating: 9.2 on nov. 10, 2025

the artist brings out a newer side of her artistry and creativity, bringing out a different vibe than she did in previous projects such as WEEDKILLER or DEMIDEVIL.

i'm not particularly a casual listener of ashnikko, and i haven't dived into her previous projects yet, and i probably won't anytime soon as they're unfortunately just not my personal cup of tea, although i do adore ashnikko. that beside, Smoochies is definitely an amazing project from ashnikko, and i'm so ready for her to release her deluxe version of the album, as it was already confirmed in the past she would be releasing her deluxe version of the album.the album goes into many genres, such as country, pop, hyperpop, electropop, you name it. yet, it still remains cohesive in such a packaged way, and the album sounds amazingly put together & coordinated.this project from her makes me more interested in her artistry in the future, and i truly want more music from her like this, this project is one to remember.

Midnight Sun

an album by zara larsson, 2025

this album is rated: 9.3

original rating: 8.9 on sept. 25, 2025
updated rating: 9.3 on nov. 10, 2025

zara larsson left us excited, and she did not disappoint anyone, except maybe the swiftologist.

zara larsson certainly delivered an addictive pop hit with the release of Midnight Sun, referring to the track of course, because everyone slept on the release of Pretty Ugly. but there's more to Midnight Sun than just the title track itself, as this album is pop perfection.zara larsson proves she's an artist with this album, everything for this release was perfect. marketing was a 10, styling was a 10, music videos were a 10, everything is amazing in this album. she knew she had to make everything right, and she proved not everything has to be "for the charts" because making things for the art is better after all, and she did her big one.

TOTAL SELLOUT ★

an album by jae stephens, 2025

this album is rated: 9.7

reviewed and published on nov. 15, 2025

upcoming pop sensation jae stephens combines two high-tier EPs, SELLOUT and SELLOUT II into an album, while also adding four new additional tracks to the record. will stephens finally catch people's attention with the end of her SELLOUT trilogy?

jae stephens mentions on track 10/10, "i done sold out twice, number three’s on the way." and she definitely delivered as she ends the SELLOUT trilogy. this project is pop perfection honestly, and jae is raising the bar every single time she drops. we need more jae stephens, and she needs more popularity, period.

The Provocateur

an EP by ADÉLA, 2025

this EP is rated: 8.4

reviewed and published on nov. 11, 2025

ADÉLA releases her debut EP that definitely shines in some areas; however, it doesn't quite shine enough fully to be a diamond and may be lackluster in some tracks.

ADÉLA has definitely gained some attraction for being quite the provocateur, and we know that through the title and the album cover. however, some music may have been a bit too risky that it doesn't hit. some tracks off of the EP have aged poorly since release, such as the early tracks like Homewrecked or MachineGirl, which i don't think are near the best tracks on the EP. however, the other tracks on the EP are outstanding are sound so amazing. songs like DeathByDevotion, FinallyApologizing, Go, literally every track after her first three singles from the EP are really great, and are songs i always come back to.

Individual Track Rating

1. FinallyApologizing: 10.0

3. DeathByDevotion: 9.8
4. SexOnTheBeat: 9.7

an album by Ariana Grande, 2019

this album is rated: 9.5

reviewed and published on nov. 12, 2025

ariana grande released her Sweetener album back in 2018, which scored grande's first Grammy win for best pop vocal album. only four months after releasing Sweetener, she released the thank u, next album to cope with her personal struggles, pouring each ounce of emotion she had into creating this beautiful project. this album shows grande's songwriting abilities, as well as her ability to make catchy classics.

ariana grande shares with the world with what is one of her best projects to date. full of timeless hits such as the likes of needy, bloodline, 7 rings, ghostin, you name it, i guarantee you will like at LEAST half of the songs on this album. this album is so beautiful and shows grande's beautiful creativity as an artist. looking back in time, seeing how ariana was in such a dark place, i find it so beautiful how much she has healed over time, and how comfortable she feels where she is currently.

AR

an EP by addison rae, 2023

this EP is rated: 9.1

reviewed and published on nov. 16, 2025.

the tiktoker turned popstar sensation released her debut EP with the infamous single Obsessed, which may have some flaws in it, however the EP still remains a solid project.view the review for the popstar's debut album, Addison, here

ever since the release of Obsessed, addison rae was begged to never release music again, and she didn't for a while, until she released her debut EP which was leaked on the internet for years, which grabbed the attention of stan twitter gays, but for all of the right reasons. the leaked tracks were phenomenal and addison in return put up the leaked music on streaming platforms. and may i just state, Obsessed isn't as bad as people say it is. is it my least favorite track on the EP? yes, but it's definitely not the pop failure that people make it out to be. sue me!

Individual Track Rating

1. Nothing On (But The Radio): 9.7
2. I got it bad: 9.7
3. 2 die 4 (feat. Charli XCX): 9.3

locket

an album by madison beer, 2026

this album is rated: 9.0

reviewed and published on jan. 23, 2026.

madison beer releases her highly anticipated third album, showing her true love and dedication for the craft and art of music, and it truly does not disappoint._{* this review used the new rating system.}

this is madison's best project yet by far, and it's immaculate. i do wish she dived a bit more into the dance-pop beats of yes baby, make you mine, and also 15 minutes despite her being robbed from a spot on the tracklist, however the music is still good, and as long as the music is good, i'm fine with it. i do wanna see more dance-pop from her in the future though!! but complexity, bad enough, and bittersweet are all very great as well.
